We can all agree that the past few years have been tough, with the pandemic, gas prices, general inflation, and even the extra weather we have been having lately. Fix My Will or Trust (Version 1: You have a new addition to your family)

A baby, an adoption, or a marriage are lovely ways to grow your family. Make sure this new family member is included in your will, trust, parenting agreement and as a beneficiary for your retirement and insurance accounts. We can help you fill out the proper forms and file them correctly.

Just as you need to make sure that new family members are included on important documents, a death or divorce means that you need to make sure that the exiting party is removed from these same places.
